Come and See

Come and see what our God has done, what awesome miracles he does for his people! Psalm 66:5 NLT Right after Christmas in 2006 I had the idea for our 2007 card. I was inspired by the line: "Wise men still seek Him". I wanted it to be set in the holy lands with camels and men of that time period. During the holidays I did research on what the holy lands would have looked like and found some photographs of camels. Sorry, Kathy, no photo shoot excursion this time! I finished the drawing by the end of January and had to "sit on it" for the next ten months until it was time to reveal it! It has only two men and camels. Surely the Magi were not the only ones to see the star. There must have been others out there who said, "Oh! Something is going on here. Let's go check it out!" I didn't want it to be the typical three Wisemen picture; I wanted it to be all things to all people. To place an order for your own Christmas cards, please email or call us.
